Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty Policy


AnnMee stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship on all AnnMee jewelry purchased from our website.

Our Moissanite, gemstones and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and our distribution facility prior to shipment.

Although we stand behind our product, we do exclude the following defects from the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty:

Excessive wear and tear and/or physical /accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft, or improper cleaning and storage.
Fading or discoloration of metals over time due to inadequate care (Examples: wearing it in the hot tub or swimming pool, spraying perfume or other chemicals directly on the jewelry, etc.)
Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time as part of normal use. Thinning of prongs due to regular wear might cause them to open up and the stone could be at risk of falling out. This is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Missing stones due to normal wear and tear are not covered under the Lifetime Stone Guarantee.

What's Covered:
– Defects in material or workmanship under normal use.
– Issues related to the quality of the metal or gemstones, such as premature tarnish or structural defects in moissanite stones.

What's Not Covered:
– Damage due to normal wear and tear.
– Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations.
– Loss of jewelry or individual stones.

Warranty Claims:
– To make a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with your order number, description of the issue, and photographic or video evidence.
– Our team will assess the claim and, if valid, provide instructions for returning the item.
– Repairs or replacements will be at the discretion of AnnMee. We reserve the right to deny any warranty claim that does not meet our criteria.

Limitations:
– The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
– Any repairs or servicing done by third parties will void this warranty.
– AnnMee is not responsible for any incidental damages or loss of use.

Additional Services:
– After the warranty period, we offer repair services at a nominal fee.
– We recommend regular professional cleaning and inspection to maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewelry.

We recommend that you insure your jewelry for loss, theft, catastrophic damage, or damage to your center stone. Examples of damage to center stones may include chipping, cracking, or breaking. While our Moissanite and colored gemstones are durable, they are not indestructible, and normal wear and tear, especially on rings, can cause damage.
