RETURNS
To exchange and refund, the item must be in the same condition as you received it - like new.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it. Provided that the jewelry is in the same condition as you received it. You must return your item with its original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods. The request for a refund or exchange will be processed once the warehouse confirms receipt and handling of the returned item.
Damaged Goods
If goods are faulty, we will assist you with free replacement and no need for a return. Go to our Warranty Claim to follow the instructions. Once we receive your form, we will assist you with a free replacement.
How To Return An Item

You will receive an email containing detailed instructions on how to return your item(s) based on your location.
Securely package the relevant item(s) and send them to us as per the provided instructions.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 10 business days. The refund will exclude any delivery costs incurred.
For your protection, we recommend using a special or tracked delivery service.
EXCHANGES
When initiating an exchange, our return's policy applies to the return of the goods. Once we receive the order at our warehouse, we will ship the exchanges at no additional cost. Please contact us to request an exchange.
If you are exchanging your item for a product of greater value, you will be required to pay additional fees to cover the cost of the new item. If you want a product at a lower value, we will refund the difference.
